Using pioneering technology to meet our clients spec.

We were presented with a unique brief which required small 10mm thick lettering with a radius top edge. We simply wouldn't have got a high quality enough finish by hand sanding the top edge, so we went back to the drawing board.  Fortunately we are local to a 3D printing company Laser Lines. We met with one of their designers to come up with the solution. Each letter was printed with the radius top edge with the precision un-comparable to other machinery usually used. These letters were then wet sprayed to the specified Pantone colours.

We used fixing pins fitted into the backs of the letters to sit into drilled holes we prepared in the wall using a template. This meant that the lettering sits flat to the wall but unlike VHB tape they can be removed when the wall need to be re-decorated.
